Gloria & Co. was founded by Chioma, the brand is built on a design philosophy called Structural
Romanticism. This is a fancy way of saying we love to mix sharp, architectural shapes (the "structure") with soft, flowing details (the "romanticism"). It was founded in 2025, Gloria & Co. is a Lagos-based womenswear brand known for sculpted femininity, clean structure, romantic silhouettes, and intentional craftsmanship. The brand was founded by Chioma Nwaiwu, who is building Gloria & Co. while working full-time in strategy and research—bringing the same discipline, clarity, and precision from her day's work into every seam, proportion, and finish.
We went from launching our first collection to participating in pop-ups across four
countries in just one year, proving that simple, intentional design speaks the
same language everywhere.
