Who we are
Kouture Paradisé was founded by us, Elado Osuobeni and Tele Lawal, two young Nigerian partners who have been sharing both life and love. Together, we built this brand with a clear purpose: to provide elegant, affordable, and functional products, all while telling meaningful stories.

Soho House Mentorship
2023
Kouture Paradisé was developed with the support of Soho House through its mentorship programme. As part of this initiative, we were partnered with FutureBrand, and together we created the business plan that shaped the foundation of the brand.

2023
Our founder was accepted onto the EWA Programme in Nigeria, where she was mentored by Techstars alumni and had the opportunity to pitch her business to Darey and a panel of industry experts. This experience deepened her understanding of the Nigerian fashion market and enabled her to build valuable industry relationships.
Barclays Accelerator Programme
2024
The business was accepted onto two accelerator programmes, which supported the development of our MVP and helped us prepare for a successful launch.

With over 15 participating brands, we hosted an inclusive launch event in Lagos, attended by designers, industry stakeholders, and press platforms such as BellaNaija and Anikélá.
Volume 5: The Voices in the Shadow
2025
Our business and Co‑Founder were featured in a book published by GTA Black Women in Tech. The book will also be showcased in the British Library and distributed to schools across the UK.
