About Us
Kouture Paradisé is a fashion e‑commerce marketplace dedicated to discovering and elevating Black-owned brands that blend traditional aesthetics with modern flair. We offer ready‑to‑wear fashion, made‑to‑measure designs, and accessories, curated across our Modest, Classic, Contemporary, and Traditional Twist style categories.
In addition to our marketplace, we proudly operate our own in‑house design studio—KP Brand—showcasing original collections that embody our signature fusion of heritage and modernity.
🍒Think love, fruits, and tropical vibes.
Kouture Paradisé is guided by three core principles: Afrofuturism, Sustainability, and Purpose.
01. Afrofuturism: Infusing our culture in the industry

Our A Merger of Two collection is crafted using a refined selection of natural, culturally rooted, and consciously sourced materials. We work exclusively with fibres that honour both heritage craftsmanship and environmentally responsible design. The collection features cotton, silk, and linen, chosen for their durability, breathability, and low‑impact qualities. Each fabric is selected with intention, ensuring every piece feels luxurious yet timeless.
A signature element of this collection is our hand‑dyed Adire, a traditional Nigerian textile made from natural cotton. Our Adire fabrics are produced in partnership with artisans in our local community, using intricate tie‑and‑dye methods and natural indigo derived from locally grown plants. This process preserves an important Yoruba craft tradition while supporting a circular, community‑rooted dyeing practice.
The accessory details in this collection carry both cultural and sustainable significance. We incorporate authentic coral beads, a symbol of prestige and heritage across many West African cultures. Alongside these, we use recycled plastic beads sourced from local Nigerian markets, giving discarded materials new life while supporting local craftspeople and reducing waste.
Our pieces are made on a pre‑order basis because we are committed to creating fashion that protects the planet, honours our craft communities, and actively reduces waste. Pre‑ordering allows us to produce only what is needed, eliminating the overproduction that fuels global textile waste—waste that often ends up in landfills across Africa, overwhelming local environments and communities. This is a core issue we are dedicated to changing.
We also choose to release only one collection each year. This is a deliberate decision rooted in slow‑fashion principles: our focus is not profit, but purpose. By limiting production, we can design with intention, source responsibly, and avoid contributing to the fast‑fashion overflow that disproportionately harms ecosystems in countries like Ghana.
Producing on demand gives our artisans the time and space to craft each piece with care, ensures responsible use of natural materials such as cotton, silk, linen, and Adire, and prevents excess stock or unused fabric. It supports fair working conditions and allows us to manage every stage of production—from dyeing to beading to tailoring—with minimal environmental impact.
Most importantly, pre‑order production allows us to build a circular, culturally rooted fashion model—one that reduces waste, respects heritage, and puts the planet first. Our goal is simple: create beautiful pieces without adding to the landfills our communities have unfairly inherited.

Delivery
Orders are shipped by each brand directly to customers. As a result, if your order contains multiple brands, your products will arrive at different times and in separate packages. Even though brands ship orders separately, you only pay one low cost shipping rate no matter how many brands are in your order.
We currently ship to 220 countries and territories.
There are two types of fulfillment speeds: “regular delivery” and “made to order”. Each product page shows the fulfillment speed of that specific product. Products that are listed as “regular delivery” are packed and shipped by the brand once the order has been placed. Products that are listed as “made to order” are shipped according to the lead time listed on the product page.
To learn more about delivery speeds visit out delivery page.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days depending on the shipping method.
Depending on your country, import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply when your order arrives.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
If additional fees are required, the delivery company will contact you via email or phone with instructions. Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned to the sender or destroyed by customs authorities.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in sellable condition. Once approved, returns must be shipped off within 3 business days.
