Omolara Chiori
Born May 1, 1987, a Nigerian businesswoman and the CEO/Founder of the former ElanRed Store (A Unisex concept Store). Presently I’m the creative director and founder of Yellow Kaftan (An Afro-centered summer style boutique), and co-building Rededit magazine.
I attended the University of Lagos, where I bagged a BSC in Biology Education; and later proceeded to study Fashion & Merchandising at the FIT (Fashion Institute), New York in a bid to pursue my passion in fashion.
After my Studies, I moved back to Nigeria, set up my brands, and have since then launched Fabulous Pieces, Hosted Pop-up Sales, worked with the creme-dela-creme in the industry, and also created a market for local designers to sell & advertise their products.

Yellow Kaftan is an Afro-centered summer style brand dedicated to creating refined and elegant pieces that celebrate cultural heritage and contemporary fashion. Our collections feature beautifully crafted bubus, kaftans, and sophisticated two-piece sets, all designed to exude grace and sophistication. We focus on delivering high-quality garments that blend traditional African aesthetics with modern design elements, ensuring that each piece is not only stylish but also timeless.
At Yellow Kaftan, we believe in offering versatile and chic options for those who appreciate both cultural richness and understated elegance in their summer wardrobe. Yellow Kaftan redefines summer style with vibrant, Afro-centered designs that capture the essence of effortless elegance.
