Driven by a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, I established the race and ethnicity network, Mbrace, at a prominent UK bank in 2017. With over 3,000 members, Mbrace continues to play a pivotal role in shaping inclusivity and policies at Metro Bank even after seven years.

Being a successful CEO in a start-up requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, adaptability, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. As CEO I am responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction,
and decision-making to drive the success of our company.

 

Fuad is a visionary and strategic individual with expertise in driving continuous improvement and advancing skills. With a professional background in strategy, development, and programme delivery across various industries. he currently serves as the Finance and Operations Manager at Turner and Townsend in the High Tech and Manufacturing division.

In a start-up, the COO and CFO often work closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to align operational and financial goals with the company's overall vision and strategy. My expertise is quite crucial for KP's success, as I help drive growth, financial stability, and operational excellence.

 

Kieren is a dynamic and emotionally intelligent leader who has made a significant impact in creating high-performing teams within the UK Ministry of Defence and the Department for International Trade. His expertise lies in developing and implementing strategies and influence programs across the public sector, with a particular focus on digital transformation, strategic partnership building, and culture transformation.

The CMO plays a vital role in a start-up's success by driving the marketing and
branding efforts. I am responsible for creating and implementing
strategies to promote the start-up's products or services, attract customers,
and build a strong brand presence.

 

Fahid is a forward-thinking professional with a passion for leveraging technology to revolutionize various industries while promoting sustainability and driving development. With a background in Architecture and extensive experience as a BIM (Building Information Modelling) Consultant at Turner and Townsend. Fahid brings creative design expertise and digital delivery proficiency to his work.

The CTO plays a crucial role in a start-up by overseeing the technological
aspects of the business. They are responsible for driving the technical strategy,
ensuring the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions, and
leveraging technology to achieve the start-up's goals. I work closely with
the CEO and COO, to align technology initiatives with the overall business
strategy.
